Each Tuesday, we will advise you if any changes will be made to the surcharge which would be effective the following Monday. When necessary, the Norfolk Southern Intermodal Fuel Surcharge will be adjusted to reflect changes in the Department of Energy Retail On-Highway Diesel Prices (National U.S. Average) index.
